I don’t usually write reviews but my wife and I are extremely happy with this storage facility. We have easy 24 hr access to our boat, staff is always ready to help, we feel at peace knowing that our boat is in a secured place and most importantly Ray the manager at this facility is always available to help with any thing we have needed. Also the facility is very clean and well maintained compared to other storages I’ve seen.

I’ve had 2 RV big parking spots here for a while now and I have to tell you! These guys go beyond to help anyone in their lot. No matter what you need they are always willing to help you. Which to me is PRICELESS from them. 100% customer satisfaction driven. Every single one of the employees there, it’s honestly incredible in today’s times sadly. Anyway this guys are the best. Good prices, plenty of space to maneuver around. Flexible to work with and most important willing to help if needed. I’ve never had a problem there, super safe and gated

I've been a customer of this storage facility through all of the changes in management, and I must say, this is the best I have ever seen it. Everyone there is truly incredible and focused on helping out the customer with their needs. The new manager Brandon has done an amazing job with the renovations to the facilities, as well as bringing a more welcoming environment to his business. I'd also like to recognize the rest of his team, Arlette and David, for always going above and beyond with what they do. They truly drive the vision of bringing great customer service and value, and are always a pleasure to be around. I'm very happy to be a customer of Florida Secure Self Storage!
